Make the Investment
File form I-526. Submit $800,000.00 Standard Investment (Plus Admin Fees).

Receive a 2-Year Conditional Green Card
Upon I-526 approval, receive conditional permanent residency for you and your family.

File form I-829
Investors receive back funds and receive a permanent green card.

Apply for U.S. Citizenship
Investors can apply for citizenship after 5 years of holding a permanent green card.

Project Selection
Intermestic EB-5 conducts rigorous, institutional, financial analysis to ensure project compliance with USCIS requirements, with a special focus on job creation.
Project Supervision
We closely monitor construction progress, releasing funds to developers based on construction milestones and budget adherence while tracking job creation.
Reporting to Investors
Intermestic provides regular reports on construction progress, job creation, and economic milestones.
Fund Management
Throughout the fund’s duration, we make distributions to investors. Additionally, we handle the fund’s liquidation and complete capital repayment.
